GrizzLog prepares your data and opens your device's share menu. From there, you can send it to an installed AI app such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Mark as done
Use Done when an entry represents something you want to complete or check off. For everything else, it’s optional.

Your current browser Primary data will become Hosted data. A recovery archive is retained in this browser. Demo is unchanged. Keep your existing recovery backup. This does not reset the destination.
Advanced — destructive actions
Reset permanently deletes all your Hosted data, including deleted records and settings. Your sign-in account, integrations and local recovery archive remain. This cannot be undone here.
First check Hosted Data above. To keep Hosted changes, download the Hosted backup below before resetting. Reset is unavailable during an incomplete migration. Close other editing tabs before proceeding.
Return to Local — test/recovery
Save a copy of your current Hosted data before returning to Local. This backup includes changes made while using Hosted.
This versioned backup preserves current Hosted records, including deleted records and settings. Restoring Hosted backups is not supported yet; keep the file for future recovery tooling.
This restores only the pre-cutover Local archive. Later Hosted edits are not in that archive. Hosted must be empty: separately confirm Hosted reset first if it contains data. No reset runs as part of this action.
Pending Hosted drafts and cache will be cleared. Unresolved Saved View selections will be cleared and Local Strava import routing disabled; review those preferences afterward. The archive and downloaded backups remain intact. Close other editing tabs first.
